The Domaine Les Champs de Thémis, located in Bouzeron in the Côte Chalonnaise, at the heart of Burgundy, is a family-owned vineyard founded in 2014 by Xavier Moissenet. Coming from a family where viticulture and wine have always been important, Xavier decided to change his career after over 12 years as a magistrate to reconnect with his winemaking roots.

The estate spans 6.2 hectares of vines cultivated using organic farming methods, certified by the FNAB (National Federation of Organic Farming). This environmentally respectful approach aims to preserve biodiversity and produce authentic wines that reflect the unique Burgundy terroir.
