The Domaine de Vauroux was created in 1956 by the Tricon family.
Jean-Pierre Tricon and his brother Claude planted their first vines in 1972. They subsequently acquired multiple plots to eventually create a Domaine consisting of 13 hectares in a single piece. The Vauroux farm, located on the heights of Chablis, then dedicated itself primarily to vineyard work.
In 1998, Jean-Pierre’s son, Olivier Tricon, took over the reins of the family estate, continuing its development. From his beginnings as a simple vineyard worker in his father’s operation, he retains a deep respect for the generations that preceded him. Chablis wine, above all, is a vehicle for sharing and conviviality. The soul infused by Olivier Tricon into each of his cuvées embodies 35 years of work.
